How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password to login to your Credentia Platform account, you can reset it by using the "Forgot Password" option provided on the application's login page.

Online Exams - Asking me to log in again after clicking start exam?

1. To login for an Online exam, use your registered email and password to login to the Credentia platform. 
2. Click on the Start Exam button on the dashboard. 
3. Once a new browser window opens up, you will be prompted to enter your login ID again. The remote proctor will give you the password on this second screen, in order to access the exam. 

Oral Written Exams - How to login for oral exam?

1. To login for an Oral Exam, utilize the URL/link provided in the Test Center to access the exam console.
2. Once a new browser window opens up, you will be prompted to enter your login ID/Registered Email Address. The evaluator/proctor will give you the password in order to access the exam.
