How to check the status of the submitted application?

Credentia sends status notifications to your registered email address. You can also check by logging into your Credentia account.

After the application review, we send the status notification as well as the application review details of the further steps to schedule your exam via email to your registered email address. You can also check your Credentia account to know the status details and for further process.

Note: The application reviewer may send a request for additional details or corrections in the submitted application before approval. It is advised to follow on with the requests sent over the courses of application review.

The following are the steps to view the status of your application:

Step 1: Log in to the Credentia Platform

Visit the credentia.com website, navigate to the login page provided, and enter your registered email address and password to log in.

Step 2: Navigate to the application section

Click on Application from the sidebar menu to explore the application section.

Step 3: Submitted Application status

Locate the submitted Application info box to view its details and the submitted application status.
